Our freelance hairdressers all have years of experience, and have trained with some of the most well known salons, such as, Francesco Group, Steiner Regis and Raymonds. Deanne has been in the hair industry for over 14 years and still absolutely loves all aspects of hairdressing, with a real passion for working with long hair and Balayage.
She started her training at Tamworth college at the age of 14! After completing school she trained with Francesco group where she took part in various industry competitions reaching a finalist position.
She has worked as a senior stylist for a number of years now after completing the highly regarded finishing school.

Sarah was a successful senior stylist with the Francesco group for over 23 years.
Since joining the bay team in late 2016 Sarah has loved welcoming her loyal clients to her new home where she can offer a more personal experience/service in a friendly atmosphere where she is with you from start to finish. She always enjoys welcoming new clients along the way who soon become relaxed in Sarah’s capable hands.
Sarah is highly experienced in cutting and colouring but especially loves to create a beautiful “bob”

After leaving school I trained at Peter Pyne academy while Working at international hair design by Jacque. I then went on to work at Boo! In both Wolverhampton and Birmingham for 7 years and worked my way up to salon manager. I then made the decision to open my own salon in Hednesford with my friend which we had for nearly 20 years. we then opened our 2nd salon in Brownhills 10 years later.

Winner of British hairdressing awards, Midlands hairdresser of the year, and 5 times finalist. I have worked as a brand ambassador for some of the industries most exciting and innovative companies. I have also worked on magazine photoshoots for many well known publications. Over the last few years I have spent a lot of time educating and training other hairdressers from all over the world as well as taking part in shows throughout Europe, Russia and the UK.

K18 peptide is a patented molecule that travels to the very innermost layer of your hair, where it repairs broken bonds and restores hairs strength and elasticity.
Most repairing formulas work on the outer structures - the hair bonds. K18 is the only brand to have created products to work on the vertical polypeptide chains that have been broken, as well as reconnecting the disulfide bonds. This is biotech hair wizardry for stronger, healthier strands from within.

Terms and conditions: For all new clients non-refundable booking fee, is required for colouring services when booking your first appointment. Your appointment can be rescheduled once without loss of the booking fee as long as 48hours notice is given prior to appointment. The amount of the deposit is dependant on the length of the appointment required, usually a minimum of £30 but no more than £60. This will be agreed during your consultation. We are not able to guarantee the hair colour treatment lasting if professional hair products are not used at all times. The salon must be informed of any issues with colour treatments or cuts within 4 days of the original appointment to qualify for any reapplication/correction.
